Let's Burn Everything!

This morning, I was looking at a part of davening known as the Korbanos. In the time of the Bais Hamikdash, we brought Korbanos up to the Alter. Nowadays, since we don't have the Bais Hamikdash, we don't have the opportunity to bring karbanos. Therefore, we substitute bringing animal offerings by saying the words we find in davening instead.
In this week's parsha, we read about the vast amount of offerings that one could bring throughout his life. For example, if a person inadvertently did a sin, they would bring the sin offering. Another example is that during pesach, we bring the omer offering. No matter what the time of year was, the altar was always active.
Join me this week as we look at the unfamiliar Karbonos with more focus and try to learn about internalize them. With that in mind, we can make davening more meaningful and see the coming of moshiach immediately!
Good Shabbos
All the best
