Over a year ago, everything was safe. People walked around freely and safely and calmly. Nobody had any reason to be afraid. Then, on Simchas Torah Morning, everything changed. Terrorists barged into homes and took hostages, starting a major war that has spread to many countries. What suddenly changed?
This week is Parshas Zachor in Parshas Zachor we read about how everyone was afraid to touch Bnei Yisrael until Amalek came and started a fight, causing the other nations to attack us, as they would not be the first.
Haman, in the times of Purim came from Amalek and took from their example, this is where the story of Purim comes from.
In our times, Amalek has reappeared, known now as Hamas and Hezbollah. They learned from their ancestors and broke the peace.
In the times of Purim, Haman's decree was nullified, and Esther's son, Daryavesh, rebuilt the Bais Hamikdash.
In our times, Hamas and Hezbollah will be defeated and the Bais Hamikdash will be rebuilt permanently with the coming of Moshiach Now!
