Breaking the chains - Shemos

Throughout life there are many circumstances where we invest a lot of time into something and occasionally it doesn't work out as planned. In those situations, it's very easy to lose faith.

Recently, I was studying something written by the Lubavitcher Rebbe. The Rebbe wrote that each person has a miniature mishkan within them. Similar to the Mishkan which we transported through the desert, the Mishkan inside us can be used to improve our personal connection with Hashem. Therefore, if we use our Mishkan to strengthen our connection, we won't lose faith in the time of need.

In this week's parsha, Pharoah sent his army to take all the Jewish boys and throw them into the Nile. The Golus of Mitzrayim gave us many challenges every day. Instead of giving up, we strengthened our connection with Hashem and prevailed. Hopefully this week, we can add one extra minute solely to connect with Hashem. With the added strength, we will be able to break all bounds and see Moshiach right now!

Good Shabbos

All the best
